基于专用性人力资本形成的终身教育体系构建

摘要 运用全生命周期理论、专用性人力资本理论对专用性人力资本的形成进行了分析,揭示出全生命周期内专业能力标准与各阶段人力资本价值形成和实现途径的响应关系,并在此基础上,指出专业教育阶段、继续教育阶段人力资本形成和提升的专业认证制度、认可制度、继续教育制度的重要性,从而构建了专业能力标准体系指引下的专业人士终身学习模型。 The formation of specialized human capital was analyzed in terms of life-cycle theory and specialized human capital theory. The response relationship between professional competence standards and the formation of human capital value in different stages of human development and the ways to achieve the value in the life-cycle was revealed. The importance of professional accreditation, certification system and continuing education system in the stage of professional education and continuing education for human capital formation and promotion was highlighted. A model of life-long learning professionals was established under the guidance of the professional competence standards system.
