摘要
随着经济全球化和地区经济一体化发展步伐加快,跨国经营已经成为越来越多我国企业的选择,随着我国企业"走出去"到海外直接投资,各种各样的问题开始显现出来,这些问题将给国家和企业造成一定的经济损失。本文对我国企业"走出去"存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。
With the quickening development of the economic globalization and regional economic integration, the transnational busi-ness has become the choice for more and more enterprises in China. As Chinese enterprises go global for direct investment abroad, various problems facing the enterprises begin to show up, and has caused great losses for our country and enterprises. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the going - global in China＇ s enterprises and puts forward corresponding and suggestions.
