摘要
人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,是企业发展的关键因素,激励是人力资源的重要内容之一,是人力资源管理中的重中之重。本文对员工激励机制的建立、健全方式方法,以及激励对企业的生存发展,对企业实现既定目标的影响等方面进行了论述。
Human resources, the strategic resources for modem enterprises, are a key factor in the development of enterprises. As an important part of human resources, incentive mechanism is one of the most important elements in human resource management. The paper analyzes the methods of establishing and perfecting employees' incentive mechanism and the effects of the mechanism on the development as well as the achievement of the set goal in enterprises.
