摘要
食品安全越来越受到全世界各国政府以及百姓的关注,主要是由于其危及消费者健康、引起贸易争端、造成重大经济损失、甚至导致严重的政治后果。改革开放以来我国食品产业增长势头强劲,已经成为世界食品的消费大国。本文就我国食品安全工作的目标和总体要求、现状、特点以及食品安全管理作初步探讨。
Food safety has caused an increasing concern among governments around the world, as well as the people, because it endangers consumers' health, triggers trade disputes, results in heavy economic losses, and even leads to serious political consequences. Since the reform and openingup, China' s food industry has developed rapidly and China has become the world's fcod consumptian power. The paper explores the objectives and general requirements, status quo, characteristics of the food safety management in China.
