The Development of New-type Rural Financial Institution in Hubei Under the Strategy of Rise of Central China

中部崛起战略和新型农村金融机构改革给湖北农村经济的发展带来了良好的历史机遇。湖北作为国家新型农村金融机构改革中的一块"试验田",在过去两年里取得了不错的成绩。但发展的过程中也凸显出不少问题,这些问题若不妥善解决,必将影响改革的成果和湖北社会主义新农村建设的步伐。因此,针对湖北省新型农村金融机构改革中出现的一些问题,本文将从和谐金融、金融机构观与功能观、正规金融与非正规金融等视角予以探讨。

The strategy of rise of Central China and the reform of new- type rural financial institution have brought favorable historic opportunities for the development of rural economy in Hubei. In the past two years, Hubei, as an experiment of the reform, has made great progress. However, there have emerged some problems, which, ff not properly solved, will have impact on the outcome of the reform and the pace of building new socialist countryside in Hubei. Therefore, the paper explores the problems from the pempeetives of harmonious finance, financial institution and functions, formal and non - formal finance.
