摘要
目的探讨中老年人晨练前给予补糖干预对血尿素的影响。方法以同煤集团公司经常参加晨练的40名中老年人为研究对象,随机抽样分组后在双盲状态下进行交叉对照实验,测定其血尿素值进行差异性比较。结果饮用对照液时血尿素值明显升高(P<0.05);饮用实验液(补糖)时血尿素值无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论晨跑前联合补充多种糖类是一种安全、健康、经济实用、易操作的方法,对于控制晨练时血尿素的指标并防止过度疲劳、增强体能、提高锻炼效果,保证中老年晨练者的生活质量有重要作用。
Objective To explore the intervention of supply of sugar in middle-age and elderly persons before the morning exercise on blood level of urea.Methods Forty middle and old age persons of Coal Group Company participating in morning calisthenics were randomly grouped under double blind and cross control condition for study,and their blood levels of urea were determined for comparison.Results The blood level of urea was obviously elevated after drinking control fluid(P0.05).The change in blood levels of urea after drinking experimental fluid(makes up sugar)is not obvious(P0.05).Conclusion The supplement of combination of many kinds of carbohydrates before early morning runs is a kind of safe,healthy,economic and practical method for controlling serum level of urea and prevention of overfatigue and enhancement of physical ability of middle age and old persons participating in morning calisthenics,and it is easily to be operated.
