摘要
目的探讨糖尿病对肺结核复治成因的影响。方法选取我院2007～2008年收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者45例以及同期住院的肺结核患者846例进行回顾性分析,将上述患者分成初治组和复治组,分别统计肺结核初治、复治患者中合并糖尿病患者的比率。结果初治合并糖尿病患者占初治患者的2.63%,复治合并糖尿病患者占复治患者的9.12%,两组合并糖尿病患者比率存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病是复治肺结核的成因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between diabetes mellitus（DM）and retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of 846 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and 45 complicated with DM were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.All these patients were treated in this hospital from January 2007 to December 2008.Results The patients complicated with DM were accounted for 2.63% of all initial treatment cases and 9.12% of all retreatment cases.Conclusion Diabetes mellitus is one of reasons for retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
