犀泽汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎40例疗效观察

The efficacy of Xize Tang in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的观察犀泽汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎湿热中阻证患者的疗效,探讨治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效疗法。方法将80例中医辨证属湿热中阻证的慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为对照组40例,治疗组40例。对照组在肝病常规治疗的基础上采用甘利欣治疗,每次150mg,1天3次,口服,3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。治疗组在肝病常规治疗的基础上采用犀泽汤随症加减治疗,每天1剂,水煎服,3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组在改善症状、恢复肝功能方面优于对照组(P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.05),但两组患者的ALT的复常率近似。治疗6个月时,治疗组HBVDNA转阴率为7.5%,对照组为0;治疗组HbeAg转阴率及HBeAg血清转换率分别为11.54%,11.54%,对照组为4%及0。结论犀泽汤对慢性乙型肝炎湿热中阻证患者有一定疗效,对于不适合或不同意抗病毒治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者不失为一种较好的治疗选择。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Xize Tang in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B of damp-heat type（with resistant signs and symptoms）and to explore the effective treatment for chronic hepatitis B.Methods Eighty cases of chronic hepatitis B with damp-heat type were randomly divided into control group（40 patients）and treatment group（40 patients）.Patients in control group were treated on the basis of conventional therapy for liver disease by oral administration of Ganlixin（glycyrrhizin）,each 150mg,3 times per day,for a treatment course of 3 months for two courses.Patients in treatment group were treated on the basis of routine treatment for liver disease in addition with using Xize Tang（decoction）once a day,3 months as a course of treatment for two courses.Results The improvement of symptoms and restoring liver functions in patients of treatment group were superior to those of control group（P0.001,P0.01,P0.05）,but the ALT normalization rate in patients of these two group was approximately similar.The HBV DNA negative inversion rate in patients of treatment group after treatment of 6 months was 7.5%,and it was 0 in patients of control group,HbeAg negative inversion rate and HBeAg seroconversion rates in treatment group and control group were 11.54%,11.54% and 4%,0 respectively.Conclusion Xize Tang has certain effect in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B of damp-heat type,so it is a better treatment option for patients who do not fit or agree with anti-virus therapy.
