The Experimental Research on Fern Powder(Part Two)

用蕨粉喂养大鼠１２月后进行血液生化测定，高剂量组动物的甘油三酯含量下降（Ｐ＜００５），低剂量和高剂量组血浆过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）含量也显著下降（Ｐ＜００５），而红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）值有所升高，其升高率分别为５９９％及１０７５％。另外，用蕨粉糊状液给小鼠灌服，能使饥饿小鼠肝糖原含量增加，而对饥饿小鼠的血糖无明显影响；灌肠蕨粉糊状液还能促进幼年小鼠的生长发育，表现为体重增加以及胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺组织重量显著增加（Ｐ＜００５）。

The serum biochemical tests were performed in rats with orally administered fern powder fluid of twelve months. Triglyceride concentration was decreased in rats with high dosage group, LPO concentration was singificantly decreased but SOD was increased (5.99% and 10.75% respectively). Furthermore, the amount of hepatic glycogen was increased in starving mice with orally administered paste fluid of fern powder. And also, the growth, that is increased weight of body, thymus, spleen and adrenal gland, was accelerated in immature mice with that.
