摘要
针对综采工作面支架活柱下缩的位移、速度检测的现状,提出了一种数字式位移速度传感器的设计方案,阐述了系统的机械结构组成、工作原理及增量式光电脉冲编码器的工作原理,并给出了传感器硬件接口电路和测试结果。在使用过程中设备工作性能稳定,测量精度高,满足了设计要求。
Aimed at the status quo of displacement and speed monitoring under the living post at fully-mechanized coalface, a design scheme of digital displacement and speed sensor is presented. The mechanical structure,working principle of system and working principle of increment optical-encoder are mainly introduced. The interface hardware circuit and the test results are given. The device has the feature of stable, high measurement precision and can meet the design requirements.
