摘要
为了加速小排量发动机电控系统的开发应用和发动机的匹配标定工作,开发了小排量发动机电控燃油喷射监控系统。从硬件结构和软件设计方面论述了发动机监控系统的设计与实现,研究了VB控件MSComm在开发发动机监控系统数据采集模块中的编程技术;利用VB 6.0的MSComm通信控件,实现了上位机与主控单片机的串行通信,达到了电控汽油机运行参数的可视化,为研究电控汽油机控制参数的优化匹配提供平台。
In order to speed up the development and application of the electronic control system of smalldisplacement engine, ensure the calibration of electronic control system and matching the system with it, the monitorting system for small-displacement engine monitoring system on electronic fuel injection is developed. The programming techniques based on VB MSComm controls is designed to collect the dates of engine' s operational parameters;the MSComm controls in the environment of VB 6.0 is used to carry out the correspondence between personal computer and single-chip processor, and achieves the purpose of the engine' s working parameters visualizations, it offers significant support for the optimization of the engine working parameters.
