流行性腮腺炎临床治疗方案优化研究

The clinical treatment scheme optimization study of epidemic parotitis

目的观察口服中药普济消毒饮加减合并外用两样膏贴敷治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法160例流行性腮腺炎患儿随机分为A,B,C,D 4组(每组40例),A组给予利巴韦林和炎琥宁静脉滴注治疗,B组在A组治疗的基础上加普济消毒饮加减口服,C组在B组治疗的基础上加两样膏外敷腮腺肿大处,D组采用普济消毒饮加减口服加两样膏外敷。各组高热者均采用物理降温或布洛芬口服,不能进食者给予同样的液体疗法。疗程均为5～7 d。治疗后分别观察各组主要症状、并发症、治愈时间及治疗费用。结果D组治疗后在主要症状、并发症、治愈时间及治疗费用等方面,综合比较优于其他各组。结论口服中药普济消毒饮加减合并局部外用两样膏贴敷治疗流行性腮腺炎,具有临床疗效好、实用经济的特点。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Puji Xiaodu Decoction combined with Liangyang Ointment on treating epidemic parofifis. Methods 160 cases of children epidemic parofitis were divided into A, B, C, D 4 groups randomly （ 40 ： cases per group）, A group intravenous drip Ribavirin and Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan, B group added Puji Xiaodu Decoction to take orally, C group added Liangyang Ointment to applied externally, D group taken Puji Xiaodu Decoction orally and Liangyang Ointment apply externally, 5 - 7 days was a course of treatment. After the treatment, observed the symptom, complication, treatment time and cost in 2 groups. Results The group D yielded notable results than other groups in symptom, complication, treatment time and cost. Conclusion Puji Xiaodu Decoction take orally combined with Liangyang Ointment applied externally to treat epidemic parotitis, have the marked effect and lower cost.
