双波长分光光度法测定祛白灵凝胶中氟尿嘧啶与盐酸达克罗宁的含量

Determination of fluorouracil and dyclonine hydrochloride Qu Bai Ling by dual Wavelength spectrophotometry

目的：建立祛白灵凝胶的含量测定方法。方法：采用双波长分光光度法不经分离直接测定祛白灵凝胶中氟尿嘧啶与盐酸达克罗宁的含量。选定氟尿嘧啶的测定波长为２６５ｎｍ，参比波长为２９５ｎｍ，盐酸达克罗宁的测定波长为２８２ｎｍ，参比波长为２４５ｎｍ。结果：相关系数均为ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率为１００．１％和１００．６％。ＲＳＤ为１．４％和１．３％。结论：该方法快速、简便。

Objective:To establish a method of determination,concentration of fluorouracili and dyclonine hydrochloride in Qu Bai Ling.Methods:A dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used.The sample wavelength was 265 nm and the reference wavelength was 295nm for fluorouracili,the sample wavelength was 282nm and the reference wavelength was 245nm for dyclonine hydrochloride.Results:The correlation coefficients were both 0.9999.The average recoveries were 100.1% and 100.6%,with RSD 1.4% and 1.3% respectively.Conclusion:This method is sensitive rapid and accurate.
