双波长分光光度法测定祛白灵凝胶中氟尿嘧啶与盐酸达克罗宁的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立祛白灵凝胶的含量测定方法。方法:采用双波长分光光度法不经分离直接测定祛白灵凝胶中氟尿嘧啶与盐酸达克罗宁的含量。选定氟尿嘧啶的测定波长为265nm,参比波长为295nm,盐酸达克罗宁的测定波长为282nm,参比波长为245nm。结果:相关系数均为r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.1%和100.6%。RSD为1.4%和1.3%。结论:该方法快速、简便。 Objective:To establish a method of determination,concentration of fluorouracili and dyclonine hydrochloride in Qu Bai Ling.Methods:A dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used.The sample wavelength was 265 nm and the reference wavelength was 295nm for fluorouracili,the sample wavelength was 282nm and the reference wavelength was 245nm for dyclonine hydrochloride.Results:The correlation coefficients were both 0.9999.The average recoveries were 100.1% and 100.6%,with RSD 1.4% and 1.3% respectively.Conclusion:This method is sensitive rapid and accurate.
