羚羊角与羚羊塞及其水提液中总磷的含量测定

Determination of the contents of total phosphorus of Cornu Antelopis and Stuff Antelopis and their water extract

目的：探讨羚羊角与羚羊塞中总磷的含量。方法：采用钼蓝比色法测定羚羊角与羚羊塞粉末、水提液中总磷的含量。结果：羚羊角与羚羊塞粉末中总磷含量分别为０．１７９％和９．１９％，水提液中总磷的浸出率分别为１９．４％和０．０９８９％。结论：粉末中总磷浓度羚羊塞高于羚羊角。

Objective:To analysis the contents of total phosphoursin in Cornu Antelopis and Stuff Antelopis.Methods:The content of phosphorus was determined.Results:The total phosphorus in Counu Antelopis and its water extration was 0.179% and 9.19%,in stuff Antelopis and its water extract was 19.4% and 0.098%. Conclusion:The content of total phosphorus of Stuff Antelopis is higher than Cornu Antelopis's and Cornu Antelopis is far higher than stuff Antelopis in water extract.
