金属对金属关节摩擦界面相关问题的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 金属对金属(metal—on—metal,MOM)关节摩擦界面始于20世纪60年代,比金属对聚乙烯(metal—on—polyethylene,MOP)早10余年。由于当时MOM假体材料选择不良、设计缺陷、制作工艺粗糙等方面的弱点,造成植入后假体松动、脱位发生率高。在20世纪70年代Charnely发现MOP摩擦界面以后,MOM关节摩擦界面逐渐被替代。直到20世纪80年代,人们逐渐认识到MOP假体存在磨损率高、
