在背撑蹲起和单腿支撑蹲起过程中十字韧带的受力分析（上）
摘要
蹲起等负重练习是运动员训练髋关节和大腿肌肉的常用方法。理疗师和训练师也经常将深蹲训练作为前十字韧带（ACL）和后十字韧带（PCL）的康复训练，以加快韧带的康复速度，更早地恢复其功能。
