基于功效系数法对重庆市南岸区城乡建设用地系统协调度的评价研究

Evaluation of Coordination Degree for Urban-rural Construction Land System in Nan’an District of Chongqing Based on the Efficacy Coefficient Method

将城乡建设用地看成一个系统,基于功效系数法,以南岸区为例,进行城乡建设用地系统协调度评价。结果表明:南岸区城乡建设用地系统处于失调状态。据此,南岸区政府应以统筹城乡发展和加快城镇化进程为契机,采取有效的措施或途径,推动城乡建设用地系统互动,促进城乡建设用地系统趋向协调状态。

In this paper, urban and rural construction land was taken as a system, the coordination degree of urban-rural construction land system was evaluated taking Nan＇an district as an example ,basied on the efficacy coefficient method. The results showed that the urban-rural construction land system of Nan＇an district was in the state of maladjustment. Accordingly, the government of Nan＇an district should take the balance development of rural and urban accelerate the course of urbanization as a turning point, and adopt effective measures and approaches to push the coordination and interaction of urban-rural construction land system and promote the urban-rural construction land system to a harmonizing state.
