摘要
准确、迅速的数据传输是人工影响天气作业指挥系统的重要保证,要求精简高效的通信协议支持。根据《XR-08型人工影响天气作业指挥通信终端》的电路结构和流程分析,结合GSM/GPRS与Internet网络资源特点,自定义终端注册流程、数据帧结构和指令编码方法,设计了一种适应GSM/GPRS远程数据传输的应用层通信协议,并给出协议编码规范、帧结构和实现框架,创新地将GSM/GPRS和Internet网络同时引入到人工影响天气作业指挥服务中。
Accurate, rapid data command system,an streamlined and transfer operation is an important guarantee for the weather modification operational efficient communication protocol are required. According to the circuit structure and flow analysis of "XR-08 type weather modification operational command communication terminal ",combined with GSM / GPRS features and Internet network resources,the terminal registration process,data structure and commandframe coding method are defined, and application layer communication protocol is designed to adapt to a GSM / GPRS remote data transmission, and protocol encoding specification, frame structure and realization of the framework are proposed, GSM / GPRS and Internet networks are led into weather modification operational command service.
