基于AD9854的高品质LFM设计

摘要 生产工艺的不断进步,使得采用全数字电路设计的高品质LFM技术日趋成熟。采用AD9854设计的高品质LFM已在我部某新型高精度雷达中得到应用。在此详细阐述了采用直接数字频率合成与正交调制融合方法实现LFM的设计方案。测试结果表明,该LFM频率精度、稳定度、带内杂散抑制等各项技术指标优良,能够满足新一代高精度测量雷达的应用需求。 Advancement of manufacture makes technique of designing high quality LFM with entire digital electro-circuit increasingly perfect.The LFM based on AD9854 has been applied in our new high precision radar.The design of high quality LFM based on immersion method of DDS and Quadrature modulation is introduced.Experiment result proves LFM′s frequency precision,frequency stability,band spurious control and so on technical standards are good,it meets application demands of new high precision radar.
