摘要
为了探讨煤矸石用于沥青混合料的技术可行性及路用性能,该文进行了粗集料特性试验、车辙试验、水稳定性试验和小梁低温弯曲试验等一系列试验,试验结果表明:煤矸石可以替代部分石灰岩作粗集料用于不同类型的沥青混合料且具有良好的路用性能,但由于煤矸石沥青混合料动稳定度只有1000多,破坏应变也仅2200左右,距规范极限值较近,因此不适用于重交通路面和冬严寒地区。
In order to study the technical feasibility and pavement performance of asphalt mixtures utilizing coal gangue, coarse aggregate property test, rutting test ,water stability test and low-temperature bending test are used in this paper. As the results illustrating ,it proves that coal gangue is feasible to substitute a part of limestone as coarse aggregate for different kinds of asphalt mixtures and will behave well pavement performance. However, dynamic stability of coal gangue asphalt mixtures achieves only about 1 000,as well as rupture strain is only about 2 200,both of them are too close to the utmost of the specification to apply in high traffic pavement and severe forest district.
