异己手综合征一例随访三年 被引量：1

摘要 临床资料患者女性，66岁，因左侧肢体活动障碍1个月于2005年6月21日入院。患者主要表现为左上肢不受支配、不由自主：由室内向外行走时，经常出现右手即将把门打开时，左手却不由自主地又把门关上，如此反复进行，以至难以把门打开；在系纽扣时左手不能配合右手完成动作，
