心房内不同刺激部位对窦房结恢复时间测定的影响

Effects of atrial stimulation sites on sinus node recovery time in man

选取病态窦房结综合征患者23例，比较分别刺激其高位右房（HRA）和房间隔右侧面下部（AS）时的窦房结恢复时间（SNRT）。结果显示，刺激HRA与刺激AS的SNRT在个体有不同，但在整体则无统计学差异。提示心房内刺激部位对临床检测SNRT无明显影响。

This Study was designed to evaluate the effects of atrial stimulation sites on sinus node recovery time (SNRT) in patients with sick sinus syndrome. 23 patients were enrolled and their SNRITs were recorded when high right atrium (HRA) and low right atrial septum (AS) were stimulated respectively. The results showed tat SNRTs were affected by the atrial stimulation sites in the indviduals,but they were not significantly statistically different when the sites of atrial stimulation were compared in the group as a whole. Our investigation,there fore,suggested that atrial stimulation sites would not alter SNRT clinically.
