摘要
本文介绍用中效原理分析化疗体外药敏试验联合用药效应的一种新方法。与其它方法相比,它所需的试验次数较少,不但能确定两种药物是否协同,而且能动态分析药物剂量变化时联合效应的变化情况,为化疗个体化治疗方案的制定提供定量分析的方法。本文给出两种药物联合应用效应分析的电脑程序,并对 CDDP、VCR 和5FU 对 LC-16细胞株的联合应用进行效应分析。
The article introduces a new method of testing sensibility of cells outside the body to combination chemotherapy effect using the medianeffect principle.Comparing with other methods,it needs fewer tests.It can not only determine whether two drugs-are synergic,but also analyse the synergism to the changing doses.It can help to design a project of personal combination chemotherapy.We design the computer program and analyse CDDP,VER and 5FU s combination effect.
