彩色多普勒超声对正常妊娠妇女眼动脉血流速度的测定

Measurement of velocity of ophthalmic arterial blood flow in normal pregnancy with color doppler imaging

应用彩色多普勒超声技术测定了227例正常妊娠妇女(454只眼),32例正常非妊娠妇女(64只眼)的眼动脉血流参数。结果显示:正常妊娠妇女的左、右侧眼动脉的 D、Vmax、Vmean、Vmin 都明显高于正常非妊娠妇女,差异有明显意义(P<0.01),但 RI、PI 则无差异(P>0.05)。然而,在不同孕期间,RI、D 也无差异(P>0.05)。上述各血流参数在妊娠和非妊娠时,左、右两眼间均无差异(P>0.05)。本文结果为彩色多普勒超声检测引起妊娠妇女眼动脉血流动力学异常改变的疾病提供了参考依据。

Ophthalmic arterial blood flow parameters were measured by color doppler imaging in 227 cases(454 eyes)of normal pregnancy,32 cases(64 eyes)of healthy non-pregnancy.The results showed that diameters,Vmax, Vmean and Vmin of ophthalmic arterial blood flow on the left and right eyes were obviusly higher in those with normal pregnancy than those with non-pregnancy.This difference was highly significant(P<0.01),while RI and PI were not significant in them(P>0.05).However,the RI and D were also not significant at various pregnancy perios,There were no significant differences for parametes mentioned above between the right and left eyes in pregnancy and non-pregnancy. It is belived that the results provide the basis for diseases cauxing ophtalmic arterial hemodynamic abnormal changes to be detected by way of color doppler imaging in pregnancy women.
