全身热疗联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

Whole body hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的:观察全身热疗联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性。方法:将154例病理确诊的患者随机分为全身热疗联合化疗组和单用化疗组。全身热疗联合化疗组在深度镇静或全身麻醉成功后,放置食管、直肠测温探头,动态监测温度。当食管温度升到39℃时,输注顺铂60mg/m2;达到41℃时,输注伊立替康50mg/m2。热疗后第8天、第15天继续给予伊立替康50mg/m2化疗。单纯化疗组仅用相同方案化疗。28天为1个周期,3周期后按WHO标准评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率(CR+PR)为61.04%(47/77)。对照组总有效率为40.26%(31/77),两组疗效有明显差异(P=0.015 6)。结论:全身热疗联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌有明显疗效。在深度镇静或全身麻醉下可以安全进行全身热疗。

Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of whole body hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods：Temperature detectors were settled to monitor the temperature of esophagus and rectum after the patients sedated or whole body anesthetized successfully.The 60mg/m2 cisplatin,50mg/m2 irinotecan were respectively infused into patients when the temperature of the esophagus reached 39℃,41℃.Results：The total response rate（CR＋PR）of experimental group was 61.04%（47/77）and the control group＇s was 40.26%（31/77）.Therapeutic effect between the two groups were obviously different（P=0.015 6）.Conclusion：Whole body hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy is effective in advanced NSCLC.And whole body hyperthermia is a safe way to treat advanced NSCLC when patients were sedated or whole body anesthetized.
