摘要
为了解早产儿智能发育状况和探讨影响早产儿智能发育的有关因素。我们对本院产科出生的87例早产儿和对照组60例足月儿智力进行了随访.参照丹佛智能发育量表进行智能测定.结果:对照组和早产组智能比较差异非常显著(P<0.05)提示早产为影响小儿智力低下的重要因素,早产儿胎龄和低出生体重对早产儿智力发育产生明显影响。重视围产保健、预防早产和低出生体重对提高人口素质非常重要.
In order to discover the intelligence development of premature infants and affecting factors on the intelligence development of prematures,we have observed the intelligence of 87 prematures and 60 control born in obstetrics of our hospital by testing their IQS according to Dan-F intelligence development scales. Results:The diffenence of intelligence development between the tow groups is significant(P<0.05),showing that fetal age and its weight when born absolutely influence the intelligence of prematures. Conclusion:pay attention to prenatal care,taking precautions against premature and low-weight when born,and interfering with early intelligence development of prematures are assential to release childien with low IQS and better population qualities.
