手术车舱室内空气洁净性能的试验研究 被引量:4

An experimental study on the air cleanliness inside the compartment of surgical operating vehicles

摘要 目的:观察手术车净化空调系统和紫外线对手术车舱室内空气的过滤杀菌作用,分析手术车舱室内的空气洁净性能。方法:采用激光粒子计数器测量在净化空调系统作用下手术车舱室内的颗粒浓度,采用沉降法和浮游法测量在净化空调系统过滤净化和紫外杀菌作用下手术车舱室内的细菌浓度。结果:手术区内平均净化效率在45%左右,净化效果较好。而周边区的净化效率相对较低,平均净化效率在22%左右。30min后净化空调系统和紫外线灯对手术车舱室的细菌净化效率为84%;60min后细菌净化效率为97.74%。结论:通过净化空调系统的过滤净化和除菌以及紫外线灯的照射杀菌,手术车舱室内手术区的洁净度可以达到万级,周边区的洁净度可以达到10万级,完全可以满足手术作业的要求。 Objective:To observe filtration and purification of air in the compartment of the surgical operating vehicle under the air conditioner purifying system and the ultraviolet lamp irradiation. Methods: The laser particle counter was used to study particle purifying efficiency under the air conditioner purifying system. The sterilization efficiency was evaluated by the airborne method and the depositing method under the air conditioner purifying system and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp respectively. Results:The average filtration efficiency for aerosol was about 45% in the surgical zone and about 22% in the surrounding zone. 60 min into the working of the air conditioner system,the purifying efficiency was about 97.74%. Conclusion:The air cleanliness class in the mobile operating compartment at the operating zone is 10 000 and at the surrounding zone is 100 000, which can satisfy the requirements of an operation
