锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折疗效分析

Treatment of unstable fractures of distal radius with locking compression plates

目的:初步探讨锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折的方法和结果。方法:对我院2004年1月至2008年1月24例桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者使用锁定钢板固定治疗。从影像学、术后腕关节功能恢复、术后并发症等方面进行评估。结果:X线片测量指标进行综合评定,优良率为79.1%,采用腕关节功能评分,优良率为91.6%。结论:锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折能够恢复桡骨远端的解剖形态,有利于患肢腕关节功能的恢复,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective：To explore the effect of treatment of unstable fractures of the distal radius with locking compression plates. Methods： From Jan 2004 to Jan 2008, 24 cases of fracture of distal radius were treated with locking compression plates. The clinical results were documented and compared in terms of radiological score, wrist function recovery and complications. Results： According to X-ray indicators, the excellent and good rate was 79.1%. The excellent and good rate for wrist function was 91.6%. Conclusion： The locking compression plate is a better choice in the treatment of unstable fractures of the distal radius, which excels in wrist function recovery and the reduction of complications.
