基因芯片在病原菌检测中的应用

摘要 病原菌给人类带来的危害极大。快速、准确、灵敏、特异地对病原体作出诊断,是有效预防感染性疾病发生和控制其迅速传播的前提和关键。基因芯片技术以其具有高通量、快速灵敏、样品用量少等显著特点在病原菌检测中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文综述了基因芯片技术在检测致病菌方面的应用、存在的问题及发展前景。 Pathogenic bacteria cause huge damage to human beings. To find a rapid, specific, sensitive method for detection of pathogenic bacteria is a very important prerequisite for prevention and control of infectious diseases. DNA microarray which is a high-throughput, rapid method and needs few samples has been considered as a potential approach to the detection of pathogenic bacteria. In this review the application, unsolved problems and prospect of the technology in pathogenic bacteria detection are introduced.
