摘要
采用清洁地饲养鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)为监测对象,采取主动生物监测法(ABM)对太湖北部湾复合污染区梅梁湖与贡湖进行为期3周的生物监测。结果表明,在有机、重金属复合污染条件下鲫鱼肌肉组织中抗氧化酶谷胱甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)与谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)对污染物胁迫反应敏感,实验初期GSH出现显著抑制,而GPx与GST出现显著诱导(P<0.05),实验后期均出现一定程度恢复,各监测点之间抗氧化酶没有表现出显著的差异。IBR综合分析表明,重金属离子对生物体抗氧化综合生物效应贡献最大,同时,浅水湖泊中风场的扰动影响不可忽略。
Using active biomonitoring methods (ABM),a three week biological monitoring was taken out in the northern integrated polluted area of Taihu Lake. Carassius auratus were transferred from the laboratory and deployed into Taihu Lake at the four monitoring sites. Three animals were collected and delivered to the laboratory at each station after 7,14,and 21 d of exposure,respec-tively. The result indicated that reduced glutathione (GSH),glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST) in muscle microsome of Carassius auratus were abundant and sensitive to pollutants. Muscle GSH content was significantly inhibited,while GPX and GST activities were significantly induced after 7 and 14 d of exposure. All antioxidation biomarkers activities showed a trend of recovering after 21 d of exposure. No significant differences were found among the four monitoring sites. Integrated biomarkers response analysis showed that the heavy metals had a great contribution to IBR. Anymore,the biomarkers could be affected by wind for shallow waters in Taihu lakes.
