规范应用AIS-ISS(2005)提高多发伤诊断水平

Standard application of AIS-ISS(2005) to elevate diagnostic level of multiple injury

多发伤的诊断和损伤评分AIS-ISS(2005)应用尚存在较多问题,本文提出了多发伤的诊断模式,并认为应用AIS-ISS(2005)时的解剖部位应按6分法区分,AIS值应在伤后24小时内确定,影像学依据应以CT为准,查体和手术探查应按AIS-ISS(2005)记录,AIS-ISS的学习是一长期的、反复讨论的过程,规范应用AIS-ISS(2005)有助于提高多发伤诊断水平。

Tbere are some debates and problems in multiple injury diagnosis and application of AIS-ISS （2005）. In this article,the diagnostic model of muhiple injury was raised, It＇s suggested that anatomic site of AIS- ISS（2005 ） should be classified into six parts and the AIS value be assessed within 24 hours after trauma, hnaging diagnosis should be based on CT scanning. Meanwhile, medical examination and operations research should be recorded according to AIS-ISS（2005）. The learning of AIS-ISS needs exercise and long-term repeated discuss. It＇s believed that the standard application of AIS-ISS（2005） is helpful to elevate the diagnostic level of multiple injury.
