摘要
1950年《婚姻法》的颁布实施,从结婚制度、离婚制度和家庭关系三个方面对传统婚姻家庭制度进行改革,确立了社会主义婚姻家庭制度,对我国社会生活产生了很大的影响。
In 1950,the Marriage Law was promulgated that reformed the traditional conjugal family system from such three aspects as the marriage system,the divorce system and the household relations.Meanwhile,it symbolized the establishment of the socialist marriage and family system which has had a great influence on our social life.
