摘要
目的:研究CD4+CD45RO+T细胞(记忆T细胞)及CD4+CD45RA+T细胞(幼稚T细胞)在支气管哮喘发病中的作用。方法:哮喘病人及健康人的记忆T细胞或幼稚T细胞分别与自体B细胞混合培养,测定培养上清液中IgE的含量。结果:哮喘病人自然状态下的记忆T细胞或幼稚T细胞与自体B细胞共同培养分泌IgE的量明显高于健康人(P<001,P<005)。但经PWM刺激后的记忆T细胞或幼稚T细胞与自体B细胞共同培养产生IgE的量便无明显差别(P>005)。
Abstract AIM:To study the role of CD4 +CD45RO + (memory) and CD4 +CD45RA + (naive) T cell I subpopulations in pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.METHODS:Two subsets were isolated from patients of bronchial asthma and healthy donors. The cells were cultured with self-B cell in non-stimulated group and PWM-stimulated group. Secreted lgE was measured finally in the supernatant. RESULTS:Secreted IgE in the supernatant from patients of CD4 +CD45RO +T lymphocytes or CD4 +CD45RA +T lymphocytes cultured with B lymphocyte was significantly higher than those from normal donors in non-stimulated group ( P <0 01, P <0 05). But IgE production had no change between patients and health donors in PWM-stimulated group ( P >0 05).CONCLUSIONS:CD4 +CD45RO +T cell and CD4 +CD45RA +T cell have a positive role in IgE production and it is related to the mechanism of bronchial asthma. However, the two subsets from patients and normal donors had equal activated level after they were stimulated. MeSH Asthma;Antigen, CD4;B-lymphocytes
