学分制下高校管理模式探析

On the Management Model of Colleges and Universities in the Credit System

本文对学分制下的学生教育管理模式问题进行了系统地探讨,认为目前我国普通高等院校适宜推行限制性学分制形式;作为学生教育管理的基本单元,行政班级管理形式仍应坚持和强化,导师制作为必要的补充;在教育的方式方法和内容上,要以指导督促大学生制定和实施四年规划为重点。

The article discusses the educational management model in the credit system,claiming that it is advisable that a restricted credit system be implemented in the colleges and universities in present China.As the basic unit of student management,the administrative class should be maintained and strengthened with a complement of the tutorial system.Additionally,emphasis should be laid on guiding and supervising students on working out and carrying out a plan for four years.
