摘要
目的:探讨人腰椎体松质骨定域CT值相对百分比(RF)与骨松质组织形态指标相关关系。材料和方法:22具新鲜人腰椎体标本行HRCT扫描,测量松质骨不同定域CT值百分比。计算机图像分析系统对椎体骨松质进行组织学定量测量。逐步回规法剔选对骨组织学形态指标有影响的CT值定义域,并建立最优化方程。结果:骨小梁间隙与松质骨低密度-1024Hu~定域CT值百分比成正相关。平均骨小梁宽度、平均骨小梁面积、骨小梁面积百分比主要为松质骨高密度150Hu~、300Hu~定域CT值百分比所表达。骨小梁指标与300Hu~定域CT值百分比成正相关;与150Hu~定域CT值百分比成负相关。结论:骨小梁参数主要为松质骨中高密度CT值以相互消长形式所表达。推论骨小梁骨丢失的密度变化是高密度向中等密度减退方式而不是消失方式。松质骨内非钙化成分增多对这种CT值的表达形式也有影响。骨松质的低密度CT值比例与骨小梁间隙大小成正比。
Purpose:To search for the relations between the bone relative percentage of various thresholds of CT value (RF) and the histomorphologic indices in cancellous bone of human lumbar vertebral body.Materials and Methods:The relative percentage of various thresholds of CT value in cancellus of 22 samples of human vertebral body were measured with HRCT.Then the cancellous bone of the samples were measured quantifatively with histomorphology through computed imaging analysis system.The theoretical threshold of CT value influenced by the histomorphologic indices were statistically selected by interactive stepwise regression.Results:The intertrabecular space and low density trabecular bone-1024Hu appeared to have positive corelative threshold percentage.The trabecular indices (trabecular width,trabecular area,percentage of trabecula)were indicated by the mainly corelative highdensity ,150 Hu~ and 300 Hu~ of cancellous bone in percentage of CT value threshold.The trabecular indices had posititive relations to CT value percentage threshold of 300 Hu~ and negative to that of 150 Hu~.Conclusion:The trabecular indices(trabecular widith,trabecular area,percentage of trabecula)were mainly indicated by high density CT values of the cancellous bone representing corelatively in the formes of attenuation in CT value from high to middle grade due to the presence of the noncalcific elements such as microcallus formation.The intertrabecular spaces and the low density CT value of cancellous bone were in positive proportion.
