子宫颈癌前病变中bcl-2蛋白表达与HPV感染的关系

HPV and EBV in the protein expression in cervical cancer

目的:观察HPV16感染后宫颈癌前病变中bcl-2蛋白表达的特点,探讨HPV在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用。方法:应用引物介导的原位标记(PRINS)技术及SP法对34例慢性宫颈炎,47例慢性宫颈炎伴鳞状上皮化生,48例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)进行HPV16的检测及bcl-2表达。结果:慢性宫颈炎伴鳞状上皮化生组及CIN组的HPV16感染率及bcl-2蛋白阳性率明显高于慢性宫颈炎组,P<0.05。结论:在慢性宫颈炎、鳞状上皮化生、CIN的进展过程中bcl-2蛋白表达水平逐渐增高。HPV感染在宫颈癌发生发展过程中起重要作用。

Objective： To observe the HPV16 infection in cervical precancerous lesions of bcl-2 protein expression char acteristic of HPV in the development of cervical carcinoma in effect.Methods： Primed in situ labeling （PRINS） technique and the SP method in 34 cases of chronic cervicitis,47 cases of chronic cervicitis with squamous metaplasia,48 cases of cervical intraepitbelial neoplasia （CIN） for detection of HPV16 and bcl-2 expression. Results： Chronic eervicitis with squamous metaplasia and CIN group of HPV16 infection and bel-2 protein was significantly higher than that of chronic cervicitis group,P〈0.05.Conclusion： In chronic cervicitis,squamous metaplasia, CIN progress in the course of bcl-2 protein expression is gradually increased. HPV infection in cervical carcinoma play an important role in the development process.
