“三两三”治疗EGFRI相关皮疹10例临床分析

10 cases study of EGFR inhibitors related skin rash with traditional Chinese drug regimen-"San Liang San"

目的:观察民间秘方"三两三"治疗表皮生长因子受体抑制剂(EGFRI)相关皮疹的临床疗效。方法:对10例接受EGFRI治疗后出现中重度皮疹的患者给予民间中医秘方"三两三"口服,每日1剂,分早晚2次服,共14～28d,观察皮疹改善情况。结果:10例患者中9例有效,1例无效。结论:民间中医秘方"三两三"治疗EGFRI相关皮疹等皮肤不良反应有一定疗效,值得进一步研究。

Objective： To observe the treatment efficacy with the secret formula ＂San Liang San＂ on alleviating epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor （EGFRI） related cutaneous adverse reactions, especially skin rash. Methods： 10 patients with moderate/severe EGFRI related skin rash were treated with ＂San Liang San＂, took orally, once per day, 14 to 28 days per cycle. Results： Of all the patients, 9 cases were treated effectively, 1 case was invalid. Conclusion： The ＂San Liang San＂ treatment is identified to be useful on alleviating EGFRI related skin rash, and it is worthy of further studies.
