摘要
目的:通过调查得出没有髌股关节疾病症状的患者中,膝伸直时形成髌股关节的比例,并分析髌骨高度是否对髌骨与股骨滑车的接触产生影响。方法:从2007年1月~2009年1月在山西医科大学第二医院行膝伸直位MRI检查的患者中选取79例,在其髌骨正中矢状位片上进行各指标的测量,计算出形成髌股关节的比例、Insall-Salvati指数(IS)和髌股接触指数(R)。用统计学软件对IS和R进行分析,得出相关系数r。结果:在这些患者中,膝伸直时形成髌股关节的比例为100%(79/79),IS与R的相关系数r为0.03,P=0.806>0.05,说明两变量的线性相关没有统计学意义。结论:初步得出在膝伸直时形成髌股关节的比例为100%。根据现有数据得到的结果,尚不能认为IS与R呈线性相关,即尚不能认为髌骨高度对髌股关节的接触有影响。
Objective:To obtain the rate of forming of the patellofemoral joint when the knee completely extended in patients without patellofemoral disease symptoms through investigation. And to analyze whether the height of the patella will influence the contact area of patella and femoral toehlear. Methods: Selected 79 patients from the ones that had been examed on the completely extensive knees by MRI in our hospital since January 2007 to January 2009, measured each index on every patellar midst sagittal plane (fig 1), and calculated the proportion of forming patellofemoral joint, Insall-Salvati index (IS) and patellofemoral contacting mdex (R). Then analysed IS and R with statistical software and obtained the correlation index r. Results:In these patients, the proportion of forming patellofemoral joint was 100%(79/79)when the knees completely extending, and the correlation index between IS and R was that 0.03, P=0.806〉0.05, suggesting that the linear correlation between the two variables had no statistically significant. Concluslon:Preliminarily obtain that the proportion of forming patellofemoral joint is 100% with the knee complete extension. And according to the data available currently, we can not consider that IS and R are correlated linearly, meaning that we can not say that the height of the patella influenced the contact area of the patellofemoral joint.
