Practice and realization of carrying out the observation work of ADR in the basic-level hospital

目的:了解基层医院开展药品不良反应(ADR)报告和监测工作。方法:建立网络,健全制度,加强宣传、培训、提高认识,推动ADR监测工作开展。结果:ADR报告和监测工作得以持续发展,ADR报告的数量和质量不断提高。结论:有效的ADR监测机构、制度和手段,有利于ADR监测工作的顺利开展。

Objective：To have a better understanding of the report and observation work of ADR.Methods：To establish the system and improve the regulations.At the same time,the observation work of ADR had been carried out by means of publicizing and training.Results：The observation work of ADR developed continuously.Besides,the number and quality of ADR report had been improved constantly.Conclusion：The observation work of ADR will benefit from effective organization, regulations and measures.
