台商投资大陆中部地区及其投资环境分析

Study of the Location Selection and Investment Environment of Taiwan Residents Investment in the Central of Mainland

受沿海地区土地供应紧缺、劳动力价格上涨、缺水缺电等诸多因素的影响,部分台资企业正逐步从沿海向内地转移,中部地区作为连接东西部的纽带已日益受到台商的青睐。本文首先分析了台商投资中部地区的区域特征、产业偏好,接着以"台湾区电机电子工业同业公会"2008年的《TEEMA调查报告》为依据,评估中部地区的投资环境,并进一步剖析该地区吸引台商投资的机遇和挑战,最后提出相关政策建议。
