摘要
介绍了一种基于C8051F060嵌入式MUC的高精度数据采集子站设计,给出了相应硬件设计和软件程序.该设计以C8051F060MUC为控制核心,仅用单片机内部集成的16位ADC对-10V~+10V电压范围内的模拟量进行高精度采集,利用RS232串口或CAN总线将采集的数据传给上位控制计算机.实际应用表明,该设计具有采集速度快、精度高,运行稳定的优点.
This paper introduces the design of a high resolution data acquision system based on the C8051F060 embedded MUC, and presents the related hardware configuration and software implementation. In the system design, C8051F060 was chosen as the field control unit, the internal 16 bit ADC unit is utilized for the high resolution data acquision of external - 10V- + 10V voltage signals, and RS232 serial communication or CAN bus is used to transfer the acquired data to the central control computer. The designed system has been tested in some practical applications, and it was proved to have a fast sample rate, a high resolution, and a high reliability.
