摘要
文中采用MATLAB计算机辅助设计和基本的二阶开关电容滤波器级联的方法,设计了八阶开关电容带通滤波器.使用了一种结合Cadence的spectre RF仿真模块和脚本语言的开关电容滤波器的频域仿真方法,提高了开关电容电路仿真精度和效率.基于CSMC0.5μm的工艺实现,测试结果显示,通带纹波小于1dB,-3dB带宽为300~3400Hz.
Combining with MATLAB computer- aided method and cascading the 2rid order switched capacitor filter, 8th order band pass filter is designed in this paper. Based on Cadence spectreRF rnodd and simulation script, a frequency-domain simulation method of switched capacitor filter is used. It could gready improve precision and efficiency of simulation. The 8th order band pass filter circuit is fabricated in CSMC 0.5tan CMOS technology. The measured result shows that the ripple of pass band is below ldB, and - 3dB bandwidth is about 300 -- 3400Hz.
