摘要 对新型非典型抗精神病药帕利哌酮、伊洛哌酮和阿塞那平的作用机制、药动学、临床应用、药物相互作用及不良反应等进行简要介绍。 adverse reactions The mechanism of action, of new atypical antipsychotics pharmacokinetics, clinical application, drug interactions, and paliperidone, iloperidone, and asenapine were reviewed.
