海南省妇女参政状况分析及其对策研究

An Analysis of Women＇ s Participation in Politics in Hainan and Its Countermeasures

海南省委和组织部门把培养和选拔妇女干部作为一项重要任务，出台了一系列的政策，促进了培养和选拔女干部的工作进程。海南省妇女参政取得了可喜成绩的同时，我们也清醒地看到了存在的不足与差距。要突破妇女参政中的“玻璃天花板”障碍，除了妇女自身素质的提高外，更重要的是要消除性别歧视，让社会性别意识纳入政府决策主流，完善干部选拔政策中的性别公正措施，完善培养妇女干部的制度性渠道，在实践上为妇女参政营造和谐的社会环境。

Hainan Provincial Committee and its organization departments take the training and selection of women cadres as an important task and have introduced a series of policies to promote its process. Hainan Province has achieved gratifying successes in women＇s participation in politics, but we are soberly aware of its deficiencies and gaps. To break the barriers of ＂glass ceiling＂ in women＇ s political participation, besides improving women＇ s qualities, more importantly, we should eliminate gender discrimination and incorporate gender awareness into the mainstream of government decision-makingi improve the gender justice measures and the cultivation system to create a harmonious social environment for women＇ s political participation.
