摘要 首先介绍了共享领导的概念与结构维度,以及测量共享领导的社会网络分析法;接下来指出了共享领导对团队绩效的积极作用,并对影响共享领导开发的因素进行了分析。最后,指出了理论界对共享领导进一步关注和研究的问题。 This paper firstly introduces the concept and the structure dimension of sharing leadership, and introduces the social network analytic method of surveying sharing leadership. Then, it pointes out the positive role of sharing leadership to the team achievements and analyzes influencing factor of the development of sharing leadership. Finally, it puts out the questions and direetion that theorists have further paled attention to.
