变革背景下民营企业家创业压力源与职业倦怠的关系 被引量:8

The Relationship between Entrepreneurial Stressor's Structure and Its Burnout in the Transformational Environment

摘要 通过两项研究对民营企业家创业压力源和职业倦怠的结构及其二者之间的关系进行了探讨。首先对19家来自不同地区、行业的19名不同背景的民营企业家进行了半结构化访谈,其次对访谈记录进行了内容分析,在文献研究和访谈研究的基础上设计了民营企业家创业压力源问卷,对获取的预测数据和正式测量数据进行了统计分析。研究结果表明:①揭示出创业压力源八因素结构模型,包括创业卷入、知识储备、工作与家庭冲突、竞争强度、资源需求、角色管理、管理责任和声誉风险。②揭示出民营企业家职业倦怠四因素结构模型,包括枯竭、去个性化、创业成就感和创业认同感。③研究发现不同创业压力源对倦怠有不同的影响。 This paper discusses the structure and relationship between entrepreneuirical stress's structure and its burnout. Firstly, 19 entrepreneurs are made a semi - structured interview who comes from different firms and different industries. Then, it makes a content analysis. Based on literatures and interviews, it developes the entrepreneurial stressor questionnaire and analyzes the valid and test survey and formal survey data. Results shows that, firstly, entrepreneurial stressor is a eight -factor construct model, eight factors includes entrepreneurial involvement, knowledge reserve, work -family conflict, competition intensity, resource requirements, role management, managing responsibility and reputation risk; secondly, entrepreneu's burnout is a four -factor construct model, the four factors refers to emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, entrepreneurial achievement, and entrepreneurial identification; variable entrepreneurial stressors had different influence on entrepreneur's burnout.
