摘要
基于2007的评价样本,对公司人力资源管理及其所涉及的三个主因素层进行实证研究发现:良好的人力资源管理评价机制不仅有助于提高公司绩效,而且有助于增强公司财务安全性。公司人力资源管理评价中所涉及的员工招聘与培训、职业管理和激励与约束机制,在很大程度上决定了公司是否有一套完善有效的人力资源管理评价机制,而这将对公司绩效产生直接而深远的影响。
Based on the samples of 2007, this paper empirically analyzes human resource management and its three dimensions, Results show that good human resource management evaluation mechanisms improve not only corporate performance but also financial safety of listed corporates. Human resource management evaluation mecha- nisms of staff recruit and cultivation, career management and incentive and constraint largely determine the perfeet and effective human resource management evaluation mechanisms and further have direct and far - reaching effects on performance of listed corporates.
