摘要
以商业银行信用卡业为实证对象,对其顾客资产收益期限影响因素问题进行研究;运用SPSS16.0统计软件对调研数据进行了信度检验、路径分析、积差相关分析。结果表明:顾客满意、顾客关系信任、顾客感知价值、转换成本有利于延长顾客资产收益期限,而替代选择性不利于顾客资产收益期限的延长。最后指出延长顾客资产收益期限的若干管理启示。
This paper takes the commercial bank credit card industry as the real diagnosis object and conducts the research to its customer assets income deadline influencing factor question as while as the reliability analysis, path analysis and the accumulated rate correlation analysis using the SPSS16.0 statistics software. Result shows that: customer satisfies, customer relation trust, the customer sensation value and conversion cost are all benefit to the length of the customer assets income deadline except the altemative selection. At last, it points out some management enlightenment.
