摘要
通过模拟水分胁迫条件,分析了李氏禾(Leersia herxandra)在淹没和淹涝两种水位条件下,分别经淹水7、14、21、28、35、42、49 d后叶绿素的含量变化及组成比例。结果表明:李氏禾Chla的含量高于Chlb的含量;随胁迫时间延长,淹没条件下李氏禾叶绿素含量较对照显著下降,维持在较低水平,而淹涝条件下,李氏禾叶绿素含量在一定区域上下波动;淹涝条件下以及对照李氏禾Chla/Chlb基本介于3-4,淹没后李氏禾Chla/Chlb下降且小于3。因此,长时间淹没可能使李氏禾的叶绿素遭到破坏。
By simulating the conditions of water stress, the chlorophyll content and constitutes of Lersia herxandra was determined after stressed for 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42 and 49 days under submerged and water-conditions. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll a was higher than that of chlorophyll b. Compared with the check, the chlorophyll content under submerged condition declined to a relative lower level with the time extension of stress, while it fluctuated within a certain range under waterlogged condition. The Chla/Chlb value was between three and four under waterlogged and CK conditions, while that decreased and was lower than three under submerged condition. Therefore, the chlorophyll of Lersia herxandra was probably destroyed by longer submerging.
