摘要
数字示波器在高扫速工作时,仅能采集到信号的的少数样点,为了看清信号的全貌和精确测量其参数,必须在采样点之间进行插值以重建波形。文章介绍了线性插值和正弦插值两种内插算法的基本原理及其在DSO示波器中的应用,并给出了其效果波形。
When dealing with high frequency signal, Digital oscilloscope only collects a few samples.In order to observe the signal and measure its parameters accurately, interpolation and waveform reconstruction is critical.This article describes two kinds of linear interpolation algorithms and sine interpolation algorithm and their basic principles of how to be used in DSO development.Effects of waveform reconstruction are also demonstrated in this paper.
